Noi alunni della classe 5B abbiamo iniziato in terza a lavorare con la piattaforma eTwinning,
portando avanti progetti a distanza con altre scuole europee.
Ci piace fare le videochiamate con le altre scuole che partecipano al progetto, conoscere
nuove persone e cantare con loro. In particolare, abbiamo imparato l’Inno europeo.
E’ bello fare dei lavori manuali con creatività, anche se questo richiede tanto impegno.
Ci è piaciuto soprattutto il progetto dedicato al nostro orto scolastico che ha previsto
numerose uscite all’aria aperta. E’ stato bello lavorare nell’orto e scambiare sementi con la
scuola della Grecia.
Abbiamo migliorato il nostro inglese.
Per noi è stato emozionante e bello accogliere in classe Constantina, una maestra della
Grecia, che ci ha raccontato come funziona la scuola nel suo paese e ci ha portato dei dolci
tipici.
Non sempre abbiamo capito tutto quello che ci diceva e per noi talvolta è difficile tradurre i
nostri pensieri in inglese, ma con l’aiuto della nostra maestra ce l’abbiamo fatta.
E’ stato emozionante ricevere il premio per la qualità del nostro progetto “Keeping our school
green garden” (National and European Quality Label).
In conclusione, in questi tre ultimi anni, a noi è piaciuto utilizzare la piattaforma eTwinning
per comunicare con altre persone di diverse parti del mondo e fare dei collegamenti on line
per conoscerli.
E’ stata una bella esperienza!

Our experience with eTwinning projects
We pupils in class 5B started working with the eTwinning platform in third grade, carrying out
distance projects with other European schools.
We like to make video calls with other schools involved in the project, meet new people, and
sing with them. In particular, we learned the European anthem.
It’s beautiful to do crafts with creativity, even if this requires a lot of effort.
We especially liked the project dedicated to our school garden which included numerous
outdoor outings. It was nice to work in the garden and exchange seeds with the Greek
school.
We improved our English competences.
For us it was exciting and nice to welcome Constantina, a teacher from Greece, into the
classroom, who told us how the school works in his country and brought us typical sweets.
We did not always understand everything he told us and it is sometimes difficult for us to
translate our thoughts into English, but with the help of our teacher we managed it.
It was exciting to receive the award for the quality of our project “Keeping our school green
garden” (National and European Quality Label).
In conclusion, over the past three years, we have enjoyed using the eTwinning platform to
communicate with other people from different parts of the world and make connections
online to get to know them.
It was a beautiful experience!
